Initial Evaluation
This hour-long assessment consists of a background interview, standardized evaluation, and two speech samples. Within the hour, you'll be provided feedback about what aspects of your speech or intonation are most impacting listener understanding. You'll also receive a written report with more detail following the assessment. No commitment to sessions required!
One-on-One Sessions
Hour-long sessions conducted via Zoom or in person. Sessions focus on sounds/goals identified during the evaluation, with personalized homework following each session to assist with carry-over of skills to everyday life.
10-Session Package
Get the evaluation for FREE if you commit to a block of ten or more individual and personalized sessions.
5-Session Overview
Maybe you're interested in learning better English pronunciation and intonation rules, but you don't have the time to commit to regular practice. Consider taking a quick 5-course session to learn the basics, with an evaluation included to target YOUR needs.
Presentation Prep Sessions
Available without an evaluation or commitment to regular sessions. The accent coach will review your upcoming presentation with you for clarity of speech and overall message flow, as well as grammatical editing of any slides. Sessions last for one hour.

WORKSHOPS
Simple Speech Sounds
A 90-minute workshop for non-native English speakers of all levels! Attendees will have the opportunity to practice production of common English speech sounds, including the vowels "i," "o," and short “a,” as well as R, L, TH, W, and V with partner and instructor feedback. Learn the fundamentals of how to change tongue position for clearer production of sounds, and leave with an outline of how to practice these sound changes at home or with a partner. Available on-site for groups of 10-14 people, or online for up to 50 attendees.
It's How You Say It
Attendees of this 90-minute workshop will learn the different word stress patterns in English and how to use them, the difference between stress and intonation, and common sentence intonation patterns in the English language. These will be compared to other native languages that are common in the Bay Area, so attendees can use the workshop to personalize a word list to practice at home. Time for practice and feedback from the instructor will be provided. Available on-site for groups of 10-14 people, or online for up to 50 attendees.
